How do I choose the right vehicle?
Choose based on the number of passengers, luggage, and the type of journey:
1–3 passengers with normal luggage
Standard or Executive class. Pick Executive for business trips, client travel, or special occasions.
4+ passengers or oversized luggage
Choose an MPV (up to 6) or a Minivan (up to 8) from the Groups & Vans tier.
Can I book a specific car model?
Booked vehicles are guaranteed to the class (Standard, Executive, First Class) and colour where listed, but not the exact model. If you need a specific make, model, or colour, contact us via the Special Requirements form and we'll confirm availability.
Are child seats available?
Yes — infant seats, child seats, and boosters are available at no extra cost. Add them at booking or let us know the ages and weights of your children.
Do you offer electric or hybrid options?
Yes — electric and hybrid vehicles are available in the Executive and First Class tiers, with more arriving every quarter. Filter for "Electric" at booking.
