Who can book and manage the account?

You can add multiple bookers and travellers under one account, all managed from a single dashboard. Bookers arrange and oversee travel; travellers are the people being driven. You can update who has access at any time.

How does billing work?

You receive one consolidated invoice per calendar month, with bookings itemised by traveller and cost code. Payment is by bank transfer on standard 30-day terms.

Can we get reporting and itemised invoices?

Yes. You can see spend, routes, and trip history by traveller or department and export it whenever you need, and every monthly invoice is itemised by traveller and cost code.

What areas do you cover?

We cover the full Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland — airport transfers, intercity journeys, events, and recurring staff transport, all under the same account.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No minimum spend, no setup fee, no annual commitment. Pay only for the trips you actually take.
